Pierre Saliba and all the folks at Colonial made this car purchase a very pleasurable one...yes, really...I said buying a car...was a PLEASURABLE experience!...and stress free too, well except for maybe deal purchase a very pleasurable one...yes, really...I said buying a car...was a PLEASURABLE experience!...and stress free too, well except for maybe dealing with my own issues as a result of doing my own work related emails; using Colonial's free WiFi and sitting at Pierre's desk with my computer, all while the entire Colonial staff ran around doing their job flawlessly and quickly. AND...it gets even better... when I got home with my new Diesel Passat and started to digest the Colonial literature and think about all the services Pierre and the Colonial team told me about earlier, I only then realized the value of the free maintenance program and how extremely price competitive Colonial's service department is...I'm never going to have to step into an express lube or discount tire center ever again.
