Easy, smooth process, great price and really good customer service . My salesman was very personable. I didn't feel pressured. Was very easy to communicate with. There is no reason that this process should have taken 5 hours. I came in with an appointment with Ching for 2, apparently he didn't remember the appointment as he had another another customer. Met with Pie hours. I came in with an appointment with Ching for 2, apparently he didn't remember the appointment as he had another another customer. Met with Pietro who was lovely. However, after getting daily phone calls from Ford as well as knowing exactly what car I wanted (had the VIN)...and the fact that I have been a lease customer for 9 years, one would think this would be a simple transaction. 5 hours is unacceptable- pretend negotiations are unacceptable. I had pleaded for a price quote in advance and was given some malarkey about equity in my former lease. The price negotiations featured deceptive and often incorrect math. I came prepared, why couldn't the dealership? This will be my last Ford. More
