My service advisor was amazing he always is but after having to come back to longview all the way from shreveport for a second time cause when i came in for an alignment it was not fixed properly i had t having to come back to longview all the way from shreveport for a second time cause when i came in for an alignment it was not fixed properly i had to wait over 2 hours for a realignment which shouldn’t take that long at all. Then was told i had a gash in my tire and my rim was messed up on the inside but why wasn’t that brought to my attention when i had my oil change last month?.. when i mentioned i need an alignment cause of an accident i had, then it wasn’t brought to my attention till after not the first alignment but the second one. this last visit really disappointed me. More
