I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my new 2025 Infiniti QX80 Autograph from Infiniti of Kansas City, and my experience was outstanding, thanks primarily to my salesperson, Addi. From the beginn Infiniti QX80 Autograph from Infiniti of Kansas City, and my experience was outstanding, thanks primarily to my salesperson, Addi. From the beginning, Addi was the perfect blend of professional and personable. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle but never pushy, allowing me the space to make decisions without any pressure. Her follow-up was impeccable. She was consistently helpful and informative, checking in at just the right times without ever feeling overbearing. The service went far beyond the norm. Addi took the extra time to ensure my car was perfectly prepared, including installing all-weather floor mats and, most impressively, taking the time to set up all of my technology and preferences before I drove away. This personal touch made the delivery day seamless and truly special. I highly recommend Infiniti of Kansas City, and I especially recommend asking for Addi. More

Easiest car buying experience ever! Darren greeted us and worked with us throughout our time and turned our not today into driving away in a 2025 QX60! There was never any pressure or awkward pushes. We are beyond pleased with our purchase and all the little extra touches and conversations we had with other team members. Darren did a great job in explaining the car and the pricing. We just couldn't say no. Thank you for making what I hate to do more then again (car shop) so easy! We will be sending all our friends and family your way. More

After driving 3 hours to purchase a $65,000 dollar luxury BMW X5M Competition (for which I put down $30,000 in cash), I drive the vehicle another 3 hours home to find the that rear seat center arrest storage BMW X5M Competition (for which I put down $30,000 in cash), I drive the vehicle another 3 hours home to find the that rear seat center arrest storage lid was completely snapped off and fell to the seat as soon as I opened the armrest. I contacted the sales manager Poula Fayek who told me "too bad it's a used car" and that because of that reason they only do a small quick inspection and it's my problem that parts are falling off the vehicle. I assumed as a consumer that a reputable dealership would ensure that the vehicles they are selling are in good working order and not letting damaged or unsafe vehicles to be sold to the general public who assumes they've done their inspections like they should be doing. This is indicative of deceptive sales practices, low moral character, and poor brand representation on behalf of a well established brand such as Infinity. I am strongly advising anyone who is thinking of purchasing a vehicle here to take a second look at other options before taking your chances here and a dealership like this who does not support their customers, no matter who much they spend, and are willing to sell faulty and not fully functioning cars to the general public. I pray this is the least they are doing but if they're will to do this with a good paying customer, I can't imaging what they're doing on less informed or more vulnerable customers. They should be ashamed of how this transaction was handled. More
