Used car purchase After searching and numerous car dealers in and around the Chicagoland area. I stopped in to Chevrolet of Naperville at 17:30 on a Saturday afternoon After searching and numerous car dealers in and around the Chicagoland area. I stopped in to Chevrolet of Naperville at 17:30 on a Saturday afternoon which closes at 6 pm. We had seen a used car on thier lot and went inside to inquire. We were nicely greeted by sales person Emily Smith. She answered our questions about the vehicle and even at this late hour offered us to take a test drive in the vehicle. So as she pulls the car around and completely and knowleably instructed us on the features of the car we proceed to go on the test drive. Did not return until 6:40 long after they were done for the day and closed. I noticed the Manager Omar Ramos stayed as well and awaited our return. So we made an appointment to come back in on Monday at 2pm. I did notice Emily Smith the Manager Omar and the rest of the staff porter and cashier didn't grumble or look like they were being put out as we kept them late on a Saturday night. There was of course another car that I had in mind and went that Monday morning to test drive it and compare. Not telling them about that we went in to Chevrolet of Naperville at 2 pm. Emily was with another customer but came to acknowledge us and had a plate and the keys for us to test drive the car. Upon driving in the daytime I noticed that the windshiled had a strange wave in it lower center and a little dent in the rear plastic bumper which I did not see Saturday at night. Called Omar Ramos outside to show him what was going on with this car. Windshield was a deal breaker for us he sat in the vehicle thoroughly agreed about the windshield also the dent in the back facia. Without hesitation he lowered the price and stated they would put in a new windshield. I took this as that this is a stand up dealership and went in and proceeded to purchase the car. Upon returning home I noted the fog lights and side marker lights were not working so I mentionef this to Omar when we setup the appointment to have the windshield changed out. Setting that up was done within a timely manner within 4 days of purchace and they gave me a Chevy loaner car to boot. Service department was clean and well staffed they took me in within minutes and were very thorough in relating the issues to the mechanics. Rare as this will be I was extremely suprised and impressed with Chevrolet of Naperville from thier no hassle no haggle sales approach and Sales Representative Emily Smith to the consideration and care that I received from the Manager Omar Ramos even the Finance person, service department down to the cashier were professional, courteous and freindly. This is the first time in years that I did not have them remove the license plate holder with the dealership name on it. If they paid me for advertising it would be great! More

She even let me and my mom take over her desk to write out pros and cons for each car and compare pricing for each vehicle. Ilene gave me all the time I needed to make an informed decision, listened to my concerns, pointed out safety features that I value, and explained a lot of the technology in the vehicle (overwhelming coming from an older model). She even gave me some pointers in the negotiation and promised to be there to help when I had questions about all the vehicle is equipped to do. In short, she was easy to talk to and supported the entire purchase process; and she did it with a smile! Chase, Premo and Joe were also helpful, approachable, and kept the process smooth. It made my purchase fun, which is exactly what a new car purchase should be. I'm very pleased with my Blazer, thus far, and would highly recommend Ilene and the rest of the team that helped me. More

I visited multiple dealerships all day but it seemed like the salesmen I met with knew my situation so they tried to pressure me into buying a car for more than what I expected to spend. After I decided to call it a day for the moment I started looking online at a few vehicles to see what else was out there. I noticed a few cars here at Chevy and figured whats one more dealership for the day. I made an appointment and when I walked in was set up with Iggy. First impression is always everything to me and he had a very good one so I knew he was going to be cool. We discussed what I wanted to come and look at and then we talked numbers and he made sure I got the best deal he could offer and he put me my new Impala shortly after paperwork was signed. He also set me up with Premo who gave me the best warranties he could offer me and his first impression was also very professional but also friendly at the same time! He made sure he took care of me as well to make sure I left happy with my new purchase. I would highly recommend them both to anyone looking for a new car and don’t want to deal with the pushy salesmen at other dealerships who just care about a sale under their belt! Iggy I really do appreciate the whole experience that you gave me and I love the new car!!! THANK YOU BOTH SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING!!! More

I contacted the dealership online and they were very friendly and worked with me through email and text so I didn’t have to waste valuable time at the dealership. I came back a few days later on my own accord and was set up with Ilene. She was wonderful every time I dealt with her. She even took myself and my family into a vehicle in the frigid cold to show us the vehicle and all its options and safety features. She was very helpful and made the process seamless and I thank her for that. Premo in financing, was also extremely helpful in the process including extended warranty information as well. More

This visit was my first time looking at an all-electric vehicle and while I was excited about the Bolt's new technology I had reservations.
