Even though my wife and I were the worst kind of customers, We had an excellent experience at Chevy of Naperville for the 2nd time in a row recently. Even though my wife and I were the worst kind of customers, everyone we dealt with was surprisingly accommodating and overly friendly throughout our time spent at the dealership. We went in to look into trading my Camaro in for a truck, and left with a Malibu for my wife instead. We were constantly changing our minds on anything we could, but rather than get frustrated, Emily and Rob continued to crunch numbers and ask questions without hesitation. It is also worth pointing out that we didn't leave the dealership until 11 15 even though their hours listed them closing at 9. We couldn't have been more thankful that everyone that helped us was willing to stay late. They also all did their jobs to perfection. Emily never once had us feeling pressured to do anything right then and there, which is refreshing when dealing with someone in sales. Rob found us rebates that we didn't even know we were capable of doing. And even the porters stayed beyond when they had to, because the car we ended up with was in the showroom, so they had to maneuver it out. I can't say enough about how great everyone was, and how thankful we were for everything they did. I highly recommend stopping in if there are any Chevys you may be interested in, and be sure to try and work with Emily and Rob if you do. More
