The Camaro I wanted was very specific and not something Naperville Chevy had in their inventory so Eddie drove all the way to the border of Iowa (over 4 hour roundtrip) just to get the car I wanted. The process of purchasing the Camaro was quick and simple. I only spent about 2 hours in the dealership total from selecting my Camaro to discussing financing, signing the paperwork and I was on the road and in my garage. I had some vehicles that I wanted to see and test drive and she was very accommodating and informative. We test drove two vehicles and ended up buying one right off the showroom floor. She could not have been more helpful. She worked with us non stop all afternoon and delivered the Tahoe that I wanted in the early evening. She took time to sit in the vehicle with me showing me the features before I left the dealership. My late husband was a Chevy dealer (AZ Chevrolet) in Pittsburgh, PA. I felt comfortable and not at all pressured in any way. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and all its functions, which made me feel confident I was being given the best service and information before buying the vehicle. I can say confidently that in the future when I am ready to purchase my next new vehicle I will be coming back to see Ayman, and I will definitely be recommending him and this dealership to my friends and family. My brother purchased a car last month through this dealership as well and I can see this being our familie's dealership for a long time to come.
