I got a pretty great deal though I have a lingering feeling I might have done a tad better elsewhere but that's only based on rebate ads that I know are often really misleading and flat out inapplicable so that's more a reflection of my own failure to compare my price on the spot while I was in the negotiation process. I'd strongly recommend you not forget to do that. This rating is for Steve and his continued service even now as I have questions and minor issues. However, I did feel a bit rushed by my finance guy. I like to read the fine print and I didn't receive all of the warranty fine print until after I signed. This policy deliberately undermines the consumer. I wish I'd been given the offer to have the paperwork printed out. I didn't have the forcefulness to ask for it first but I did ask about it and he didn't offer to print it for me which I wish he had. Then my receipt had the wrong customer's name on it and my car didn't feel like it had been washed as well as it could have been. I'm being picky here about where I saw a streak or something but it's these kind of things that make a consumer feel super great, that new car gleam. You don't want that tarnished with a spot you have to pick off. My experience at a competing dealership nearby for my last purchase left me with none of these little lingering feelings of criticism. Having said that, every problem I've had since (and there have been more than I would have liked) everyone has been superb about taking care of me and I love my car. More

The service manager, service clerk, and a management team member finished the work after I questioned why it was not done. The other work that was to be done was a part installed and that was not done either. A management team member delivered the part to our home. He went above and beyond. More
