The Used Car Salesman politely escorted us to the New Car Salesman - Ricky (Richard) Brunt, who serviced us with positive energy and great service attitude. Ricky worked with Dan Gulley, the sales manage - who was also with positive energy and great service attitude. Sherri Pacchiano, the other salesperson, who helped Ricky to finalize the purchases. Sherri also had an awesome positive energy and great service attitude to get the sales done that particular day. I went with my husband and dad to a couple of dealerships and as soon as we walked out of our car, Eddie happen to walk outside. Eddie greeted us, asked how we are doing and what we were interested in. We had told him our thoughts about the price range we wanted to spend along with models of trucks. He soon helped us in the right path, showed many models to us. And even asked if we wanted to test drive any. Eddie didn't feel like a "pushy" employee, he took his time, explained everything and most of all, gave us his input. He is a friendly salesman and not one to just do business. He honestly cares deeply about your thoughts and wants to make sure your needs. Our intention was not to purchase right away. But I do believe as when we walked out of our car, saw Eddie - as cheesy as sounds. It was meant to be! Thank you, Eddie for all the advice, time, appreciation, and your total input!
