I saw a Traverse LT online and decided to stop by and test it out. Jim was so helpful and kept in contact with me over the course of 2 weeks while I was securing financing. When I came back to purchase the vehicle, Jim let me know the online price had dropped even more and they would use the new price! During the buying process, Jim made sure he had my best interest in sight! Premo in finance was amazing! I have had poor experiences before, but he made it fun and assured me that everything was being handled correctly and professionally! This is the 3rd car I've bought from Chevy of Naperville, and I plan on being in my Traverse for a while, but I know where to look for car #4 down the road! I also had to trade my lease in early and Ulises made it easy and was super helpful! More

He didn't try to sell me something I wasn't looking for which made for a smooth transaction. When Sean was done with his part I was sent to close the deal with Sam in Finance. As a side note I usually work with Premo in finance but he was off the day I picked up my vehicle. He called me the night before though to assure me that I would be taken good care of in his absence. Additionally I experienced the new close out technology in finance which was efficient and painless. More
