Great experience with this dealership Cia and I were looking to trade a different brand and return to a Chevy product. We did our Sunday walk around multiple lots and focused on Chevrolet of Naperville for a planned visit. We visited the lot on Monday, Oct 10th and was introduced to Ian. I explained what my wife desired, year, options and maximum price. We were shown multiple options, focused on a couple and was then shown the different pricing plans available. Ian worked with us to get what we wanted and after a few hours, drove home with the vehicle Cia desired. Very satisfied with the outcome, both in trade and buying, as well as better financing that I had received, before we arrived. Vehicle is exceptional quality, as we have been away from Chevy's for a few years and Cia wanted to return to the brand she loves. Our salesman Iggy was awesome. He explained all the different options available and what each trim level included. Iggy listened to what we wanted, we test drove a 2017 Traverse with all the features we were looking for. We drove it off the lot with only 6 miles and the best deal we found after a couple months of research. We were contacted a short time later that our car was supposed to have a roof rack installed. The guys and girls in the service department were excellent. Sean took some time to talk to us about some of the technology and features of our new car. Overall our experience was fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new car. We will buy from them again in the future. More
