This is my 3rd leased vehcial in 3 years from them and each time, it gets better and better. I, as, a customer, could not have asked for more!!! I had the pleasure of dealing with the following staff: ULISES GARCIA, EMILY SMITH, SHERRI A. PACCHIANO WAYNE MICHOR, PRIMO MATEJCZUK and SHAUN (Service Department). From the minute I made the call on August 2, 2016 and spoke with ULISES, told him my lease was coming due, that I found a new 2016 Cruze Primier online (their website) was very intested to lease this vehical and turn in my Cruze upon the lease was expiring. Explained to him over the phone, what I was looking for in the car, lease details, price, payments and etc. within 20 minutes of ending our call, he called and said he found the vehical I requested, gave me some information on the new and old lease. Went there the next day, August 3, 2016, met with all the above mentioned men and woman, I named in this review and all of them were as fantastic, wonderful, informative (every question was answered fully) fast, but, very precise and most of all as friendly as friendly as they could get. I, actually, felt like I was with FAMILY. The new lease and all of the paperwork, tour of service deptmart was done EXCELLENT---EXCELLENT---EXCELLENT!!! I could have not been treated any better than they treated me. In and Out in NO Time. As, I have stated, I will recommend this dealership and staff to every person I know, whether they are looking for a vehical or not. If there was a rating of 10 STARS---I would give them 11 PLUS!!! I have been driving my new vehicle for a couple of days now and could not be any happier and it all has to do with the staff and dealership, that makes me feel this way. Sent a note asking for actual pictures and Dan Gulley was quick to send me actual pictures of the truck. Went to see it in person and Dan and Isaac were great to deal with. They asked what I was looking for in terms of pricing and were able to exceed my expectations. Dan was even able to find an extra rebate that had not been applied during negotiation. Isaac was able to answer all of my questions throughly on the vehicle and was really helpful. Deb and Premo were great to work with. The entire was great and the process was smooth from start to finish. Would definitely buy from again and recommend. More

They asked what I was looking for and what I wanted on the car. Most other dealers did the typical "just come in. When can you come in?" Naperville Chevy took their time to understand my needs. When I did stop by, I was introduced to Iggy Tusa who is a member of the sales department. Iggy also took his time to learn my needs and expectations. Iggy was wonderful to work with. Zero pressure and friendly throughout the process. I also had the chance to meet with Travis Jackson, who is the General Sales Manager. He also was a zero pressure person, who truly wanted to earn my business. I can't say enough about both Iggy and Travis. They were responsive to all of my requests and questions, and again, zero pressure. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a car to go visit Chevy of Naperville.
