Purchase of a 2015 Chevy Equinox (loaner with 6000 miles) Naperville Chevy is a good dealer with great salespeople. Bill Cranley was great to work with and happy to show several vehicles and work with us to get us the best deal he could. Once we went for a test drive and he wasn't there. Emily Smith helped us out, maybe more helpful/knowledgeable than Bill because of her experience. They were very patient with us as we were shopping and comparing versus several competitor vehicles. However, when it cam to price, I was disappointed. I thought they'd come down in price more. After all it was a used vehicle and this is the third Chevy we've purchased from them in 7 years. They came down a little but not much; frequent buyers didn't matter. I also thought we were getting the back shade to cover the hatch; no luck without paying $134. I seriously thought it was included. We tested 4 vehicles and it was in at least 1 but evidently not ours. No luck. I did want and got the mud flaps. After being told they were $100/250 installed I found them online for $90 on the website they told me to look at. I reminded them of this twice when I took them the car for the work. It was still on the final bill. After again asking Sherri took it off but only after looking at the price online herself. And it was taken off after tax. I wasn't going to argue for the pre-tax price. I did ask about the price to install - basically $150 per hour for labor. That's the going price I was told and they were surprised when I told them during closing that I had a good mechanic already and did not plan to use the dealer. So, if you want a good Chevy expect good and friendly help but they will be firm on price even for repeat customers. I won't be going there for service except for my "free" oil changes for 2 years. We'll see. More

Used Vehicle purchase went smoothy. We did some shopping on the internet and found a couple of used cars at great prices - so good, in fact, that we wondered why they were so low. Both were priced well under the Kelly Blue Book/TrueCar pricing. No other dealer within a few hundred miles came close. We visited the dealership and took one of the cars to the test track and felt no pressure from Will to hurry up with the test drive or make a decision on purchasing on the spot. We returned a few days later to test drive the other car and Omar treated us the same. Both of the cars had low miles and looked very clean inside and out. The sales staff told us they tried to price very competitively on used car pricing. The sales process was relatively quick although we felt we waited more than we should have a few times in that process. Sherri did a great job explaining all the perks we would receive as customers. Honestly, when she approached us with some thick catalogs, my guard went way up. I anticipated a really hard sell on accessories but she only showed us the mud guards in the catalog and asked if we were interested. We said not really and she moved on. She followed up by asking if we were interested in paint or interior protection. We said no, and that was that. She didn't push at all, which we greatly appreciated. We ended the process with Premo in Finance. We had obtained our own financing through Capital One at a low rate. They were able to beat it with an offer of .25% less which isn't much of a difference when the rate is that low, but it's about $110 over a 60 month period so it's something. They were also willing to drop the interest rate by .41% if we purchased an extended warranty. Overall we had a pleasant experience and would shop there again. More

Jose in the service department was very helpful with additional accessories, and answering additional questions about the vehicle as well as the accessories. Emily Smith stayed late to see that my purchase experience was complete and satisfying and Jose made follow up phone calls to insure I received the vehicle in a timely fashion. Thanks to all office staff who were information, efficient and welcoming. Finally, the parts department staff facilitated a last minute purchase by having it delivered within a few hours to my home, Wow! More
