I was involved in a car accident and totaled my Nissan Versa. I was deciding to get the Ford Escape or the Chevy Equinox. I Stopped by the Chevy dealership in Naperville and Omar sat with me and took his Versa. I was deciding to get the Ford Escape or the Chevy Equinox. I Stopped by the Chevy dealership in Naperville and Omar sat with me and took his time going over all the wonderful benefits of the Equinox. Seeing everything on paper I was a little on edge about getting the car. But when we took the car for a test drive on Chevy's private test drive course, I knew I loved the car. Being able to test all the features Omar told me about like, the all wheel drive, ABS brakes and reverse sensors, really sold me on the car. Im a hands on visual person and being able see what the car was capable of reassured me I would be safe in it. The Equinox has more space than the Escape had which is perfect for my travailing habits. The best part about the experience was that Chevy allowed me to put $1,000 down to put the car on hold so no one else would take it. Over all I was not disappointed with the service and Omar was the best dealer I have met. He was not pushy and he went out of his way to get me the best deal he could possible get and then did better. More

Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted by Jim McElligott who was very helpful throughout the entire process (took about 6 hours from start to sale). Jim and Jim (Capparelli) got straight to the point which allowed us to come to a mutual agreement on price and get the deal closed. Sherri was extremely friendly and eased the 'paperwork' process by sharing with me some of the "perks" of purchasing a vehicle from Chevy of Naperville. When it came to setting up financing and warranty Mr. Matejczuk got me a great rate as well as the security of a service package I was comfortable with. All in all I spent about 30 hours car shopping and Chevy of Naperville by far met my expectations of not only solid service but a fair purchase price of my car. Yes, they are in sales, but they served me as coaches as I looked for the right car at the right dealership.
