No high pressure, knowledgeable sales people, large selection of vehicles, attentive service without pressure. Everyone including personnel not involved with sale were very polite. Outstanding service, very friendly and very helpful. Jim Vegetible was very pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable about the car and made great suggestions to accommodate my husband's special needs i Vegetible was very pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable about the car and made great suggestions to accommodate my husband's special needs in a car. I purchased a new car yesterday,& my experience was great! I worked mAjority of my time with Jim Doll, he is probably one of the nicest car salesman/person I have worked with before! He let me test drive everything I wanted, and made sure I had accurate information about the kind of car I wanted. He went over leasing and buying procedures with me very thoroughly & made everything easy to understand. He was not pushy in anyway which is good. I hope he never leaves because in the future I would work him again or recommend family & friends to him. I love my new Chevy Cruze I am overwhelmed with the new technology it is wonderful! Thanks Jim for all your help! Sherri was great also, I really enjoyed chatting with her and going over some perks about buying a car from you. More

Over the last 3 years, I have buil One word. Trust. I bring my work vehicle in for service regularly, as our fleet is registered at this location. Over the last 3 years, I have built a trusting relationship with Lori and Sean on the service team. These relationships told me that I could trust this dealership for more than just service. In the past, I have HATED the "car buying" experience. Emphasis on HATED. Ironically, this is one word that I do not use often. The reason for this feeling, is because I never go in knowing who to trust. Every sales person always seemed to put on a good sales face, but I felt trapped, not knowing if what they were offering was true. The latest experience, prior to Chevy, was the worst. We were trying to repair our credit and wanted an inexpensive vehicle to drive for 1-2 years. At the end of the experience, everything seemed in our favor. Flash forward a year later. I walked into the local dealer and they said sorry we can't help you, you owe way more than the vehicle is worth and you're credit score didn't improve. Come back in a year and it should all be good. My wife and I decided to put in on the back burner and try to ignore our botched transaction...felt duped again. One week later I needed an oil change for my work vehicle, as did my wife, for her car. We had "free" oil changes for my wife's car at the other dealer, but I felt better about "paying" for something from a dealer I could trust, so we headed over to Chevy of Naperville. As we drove up, we saw Sean and Lori happily greeting us. At that point, I said to myself, Man would it be nice to buy a car from here...too bad we're stuck for awhile... As we were waiting for our oil change, along came Emily Smith. Emily said "I would like to sell you a car today." I laughed, thinking to myself, it's not possible for us. I didn't want her to waste her time, so I explained my story and she did something quite different. She didn't come up with the typical "I can immediately solve your problem" sales answer. She proceeded to just talk with me. In fact, we probably chatted for about twenty minutes before I asked, "So, do you think it's possible?" She asked me some questions, took everything into consideration, helped me see the reality of what we owed on our car and what the long term effects would like like. She than said, "I think we can help you, do you want us to work on it with you?" Now, that's professional sales. In fact, that's how to become a friend...even better. Long story short, Emily helped us stay grounded and directed us to the solution we asked for her help on. Sammy Saad, the finance guy, went to work far beyond what we've experienced in the past. In fact, the numbers guy is usually way worse than the salesperson - from my past experience. And although Sammy got the numbers to work out to improve our future credit score, he humbly let Premo Matejczuk finish the deal. Now that is a different side I've never seen from a dealer before. It's called a TEAM. From Lori and Sean in service, to Emily on the sales floor and Sammy and Premo in financing, this is an experience we won't soon forget...in a good way. Scratch that...in a great way! TRUST - is the reason I'll be back to Chevy of Naperville for years to come. We appreciate you. Rich and Kellie Mayes More

Great experience buying a new 2013 Volt. Tony was very friendly and helpful through the entire purchase process and quickly closed the deal on my first visit. Sherri did an excellent job explaining the benefits on OnStar and how to use the new system. It is rare that I would recommend any car dealer as past experiences with car purchases have been anything but pleasant. These guys here did an excellent job and I highly recommend them. The salesman (Travis R.) and sales manager (Travis J.) were very easy to deal with. They treated me like a customer, worked to understand my needs, and focused on those. I don't like high pressure sales were very easy to deal with. They treated me like a customer, worked to understand my needs, and focused on those. I don't like high pressure sales staff that try to sell you something that you don't want and act like they're doing you a favor. This experience was not like that at all. They focused on the vehicle I was interested in, worked fairly with me on my trade-in vehicle, and afforded me the time I needed to make my decision without the high pressure tactics. Sherri P. was helpful in explaining the services available as part of my transaction, and understanding my options for OnStar and Floor Mats. While I didn't choose these options, I appreciate the fact she accepted my decision without additional pressure or unwanted negotiating. Premo worked with their finance dept. and saved me more than additional 0.25% off the best rate I could get from my credit union. Since I also chose an exended warranty, I appreciated that he didn't try to sell me more warrany products than I needed or was interested in. Overall, I would have to say this was the best car buying experience I've ever had since I bought my first car 23 years ago. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and the individuals that worked with me. More

This was the greatest car buying experience we have ever experienced! Jim Doll (our salesman) was very straight forward about everything for showing us the cars to the pricing. I did not feel like I was getting "ripped off" at any point. Everything was explained up front and if we had a question , it was answered. We did not feel pressured at any point while looking even though we did not intend on buying the same day. The experience was so pleasant, that we decided to buy right away. Great experience at this dealership! My salesperson was Emily Smith who did a fantastic job communicating with me over the phone about my newly purchased vehicle . She answered all my questions promptly and correctly. When visiting the dealership in person before my purchase Emily Smith was very prepared for us to inspect our new vehicle, after the two hr drive. Our new vehicle was exactly how she explained it over the phone with no surprises. We were very pleased with Emily as our salesperson and Premo the finance manger they were not pushy like other dealerships we visited and did everything they could to meet our needs. We will definitely be coming back to see Emily and the staff at Naperville Chevrolet when the time arrives to purchase another vehicle. More
