They had the car I was looking for and it was priced right and I was able to negotiate it down within my budget. I live about an hour from this dealership and also delt with false sale ads and Kim Koenig quoted me with taxes fees in writing BEFORE making the trip to the dealer. My price for the make and model I wanted was rated good or great (can't recall) on car guru and I made the trip out. Emily Smith was my sales person and was very informative and no pressure sales. I test drove the car and they even had a test route with different road conditions. This was the first dealer I came across that had this feature. Paperwork was clear and no funny business. I should mention I didn't finance as I paid in full. I had a car porter, Eric pick me up from the Metra to pick the car up after detail and he was such a polite and friendly young man! More

He was very patient with my "needs" of the car and didn't stop until he found the perfect one for me that I LOVE. David made our experience a great one and we commend him for all the hard work he did for us in getting the perfect car for me. Dan Troy is also a great sales manager. We had such a great time conversing with him and he worked with us to get a fair and excellent price along with great rebates! Such a great and outgoing guy and I am so happy that we got to do business with him. Premo Matejczuk did an amazing job with the financing. He was very patient with us and made sure everything was down to the "TEE". Very helpful and he even got my name as the co-signer of the car so I can build up my credit. That was great! At the end of the day, I am so grateful and happy that we had the opportunity to get to know these great employees of the Chevy Dealer. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone who would want to buy a car. I can't thank them enough for all the effort, time, and sweat they put in to make me a very happy girl. To make their job more difficult, we were under serious time constraint because we had to be at a family wedding in just a few hours. David Zayed was super with his attentive customer service. Dan Gulley was by far the best sales manager we have ever dealt with - and we have purchased quite a few new cars over the years. David and Dan made our car purchase extremely easy. We were out the door with a car better than what we wanted at a great price and a great deal on our trade in. David, Dan and Premo worked tirelessly to get us out of the door in time for the wedding! Went back a week later to discuss warranty and to go over the new car and Premo went out of his way to make things easy and quick. David was very patient in explaining all the features of my new car. I will only buy from this Chevy dealership in the future. Customer Service is a top priority for this dealership. I forgot to mention Christina in Internet Sales who very quickly and accurately esponded to all of my questions which led us to this dealership. More

Customer service I had a long standing issue with my 2013 Malibu, the service team had done as much as they could and had escalated the problem to GM. I expressed my concern to dealership owner and I received a call within 24 hours from Dan Troy who simply said Danny Wolfe passed on your message and it is my job to make you a satisfied customer. Long story short, he worked a deal to replace my car. I will most definitely buy another car from Naperville Chevtolet. It is clear the customer is thier first priority. More

Amazing customer service! After being jerked around by another dealership, I found a car I wanted to look at online. I came to the dealership with my guards up expecting anothe After being jerked around by another dealership, I found a car I wanted to look at online. I came to the dealership with my guards up expecting another fight and having to drive 5 or 6 different cars to find one I liked and then go through the long process of financing and money talks. I am so happy to report that this was not the case at all! I came with a few vin numbers of cars I knew I wanted to look at and Tim looked them up in the computer and took me to look at both of them, and a few others. When I narrowed it down to 2 that I was torn between (would have been happy with either) he took us back to the office and pulled ALL the paperwork for both cars so we could compare them. This guy knows his cars! I explained to him my frustrations with the other place showing me cars they knew I couldn't afford and trying to talk me into raising my bottom line. Tim took the original offer to Premo in finance and they reworked it to fit my needs. There was no fight, there was no going back and forth, there was no used car salesman negotiations just "we'll make it work." I came to the dealership just to look and left with a car that I LOVE. Tim even stayed late after the dealership had closed to program my phone into the Bluetooth and show me what all the bells and whistles and buttons did in the car. I am confident that I won't need a new car for a long time, but when I do you bet I'm coming back to look for Tim. I will absolutely be recommending this dealership to everyone I know. And if anyone asks, I'm sending them to ask for Tim! Thanks, Tim, for making the car buying process an ENJOYABLE experience! More
