I went in not expecting much, do to the vehicle shortage but I met Prentiss F. as I arrived and he helped me with my purchase of my brand new Toyota Corolla. He was pleasant to work with and so was the sale but I met Prentiss F. as I arrived and he helped me with my purchase of my brand new Toyota Corolla. He was pleasant to work with and so was the sales manager Ian. They went above and beyond my expectations and now I'm driving my brand new corolla. Prentiss notified me every step of the way as far as when my car would be arriving. He also went over all the gadgets with me and had a tremendous amount of patience. The whole transaction was great with the finance dept as well. Wa Qas made the transition smooth and stress free. A much needed thank you goes out to all three of these Gentlemen. More

Ian was very helpful over the phone with me to set up the appointment to come pick up my new vehicle. very nice and helpful in person and at the dealership as well. much recommended. I knew what make/model/trim I wanted, so I got around COVID-19 by having as much of the new car buying experience online. I worked with a half dozen dealers, and found Tessa at Wilde Toyota to be the COVID-19 by having as much of the new car buying experience online. I worked with a half dozen dealers, and found Tessa at Wilde Toyota to be the most responsive and on top of things. She provided me an "out the door" price and answered my questions. I appreciated that she was my single point of contact so I didn't have to answer the same questions multiple times to multiple people. At other dealers it was very painful to get an "out the door" price (if I received one at all), so I was relieved when Wilde came back with the lowest price. Prentiss helped me with the sales process. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He showed me the features, and generally moved things along. I appreciated his diligence with the preparation of the vehicle. Waqas in financing helped with all of the paperwork. He was easy to talk to and I did not feel pressured. He provided many options and explained the advantages and disadvantages of each one. Thanks to everybody at Wilde Toyota for a positive buying experience. More
