I had a great experience buying a car from Preston and the whole team at Five Star Ford. It was straightforward and I’m very pleased with my car. My wife and I are very pleased with our experience at 5 Star Ford. We were looking to replace our 2014 Ford that was damaged by the recent hail storm. When we arrived at the dealership, we found that the Star Ford. We were looking to replace our 2014 Ford that was damaged by the recent hail storm. When we arrived at the dealership, we found that the supply of cars that we were looking for was very limited (white Ford Escape S). Our salesman, Preston went out of his way to find us the car we wanted. He worked with the Sales manager and found it at another dealer that was over 100 miles away. They had it delivered to the dealership and ready to go the next day! The finance process was fast and painless. Tut Edwards is great to work with and I can truly say I enjoyed the Tut Experience! It make the buying process more enjoyable ! We highly recommend 5 Star Ford in North Richland Hills to anyone that is looking for a vehicle! More

Great dealership. Only reason its a 4 and not a 5 was the waiting. You were busy though! Buying an F-150 on a Saturday during truck month with one finance person out will cause a wait.
