She explains the issues well and comes up with alternative plans when something doesn't work for us. Visits to Otto's are not as uncomfortable as they used to be and we no longer look for an alternative place to get my vehicle serviced. Thank you, Charlotte. And Preston, too. I got there early and he opened the door on time and took care of getting me set up in just a few minutes. You guys do a great job! More

In contrast to my previous experiences elsewhere, Preston speaks courteously, clearly, and patiently -- so that I can understand what is being done to my car and I don't feel afraid to ask questions. Oil Change and a "leaky" tire I took my car in for the scheduled oil change. I mentioned that my front passenger tire kept losing air. That morning as I backed out of our garage I took my car in for the scheduled oil change. I mentioned that my front passenger tire kept losing air. That morning as I backed out of our garage I had less than 10psi. So happy that there is a WAWA within 5 miles of our home. Filled the tire and proceeded on my way. Fortunately, we purchased the tire protection. I was back on the road in about 2 1/2 hours with my oil changed, new tire on the front passenger side, and a nice clean car. More
