I initially visited the dealership on the weekend, with the intention of leaving with the vehicle I wanted, but ran into some issues with my financial institution being closed. Even though I was noticeably frustrated, Tony took it in stride and worked with his management staff to do everything they could to help. In the end, everything worked out and I couldn't be happier with my vehicle. I was immediately struck by his enthusiasm and willingness to help, and I took note of his honest, no-nonsense approach, which I appreciated. After a couple of follow up calls that evening, my husband and I drove 4 1/2 hours from Houston to purchase the car the next day (Saturday). We ran into several complicating factors (which were no fault of Tony or the dealership), but with every hurdle, Tony and Preston collaborated with us on solutions, sympathetic to the fact that we had driven so far to do business with them. Their level of care, concern, and service were the reason why we were more than willing to sign the deal that day and make the long drive back two days later to pick up our new car. From sales to finance to management, this dealership operates at the highest level of customer service. I was paying cash for my car and what should have been a 30 minute transaction took 4 hours. Jeremy Reynolds was my salesperson and he tried to make the transaction as smooth as possible. Why was it necessary to access my credit reports if I am paying cash? That added to my frustration as I had to unlock an additional one as the first one had no one answering the phone. I have been out of the country for several years so perhaps that is why. It would have been nice if someone would have been able to show me how some of the features worked but I was anxious to get out of the dealership after so many hours. I did receive a telephone call from Jeremy the next day and that was appreciated. The dealership is very clean and appears to be well organized. I’m older and have an admittedly excessive history of car buying experience (not proud of that, lol). The team was honest, straight forward and with no poor tactics or pressure. I’m in Wichita Falls and it was worth the 2.5 hour drive to save thousands. They made an offer on my F-150 trade-in that was about $3000 more than a local Ford dealer I was working with. Plus, their internet listed discount off MSRP was accurate with no other markups or surprise fees We drove down and they honored the prices we discussed. We recently purchased a certified used truck from Longo that we had seen advertised online, got it home, realized that it wasn't the right one for us, called them the next day and asked if we could bring it back and pick out another one. It isn't an easy process, however they did everything necessary to return the one we bought, and get us in another truck, at a great price, that better met our needs. Our salesman, Carlos Moreles, was very fair, accommodating, and patient with us throughout the purchase, the return, and the final purchase. He will be our guy on all our family's future purchases. While at Longo, we met the dealership GM, Daniel Sanchez, Sales Managers Harvey Portwood and Preston Mitchell, Finance Manager Olu Betiku, and the Service Director, Billy Stewart. Each of them were understanding of our situation, and happily worked with us to expedite the return and repurchase of our final truck. Awesome team of professionals.
