My car was received on time. Service was completed promptly. My only complaint is the seat was adjusted for whom ever was driving the car. Hard to believe the seat needs adjusted Service was completed promptly. My only complaint is the seat was adjusted for whom ever was driving the car. Hard to believe the seat needs adjusted and reclined for the two minutes it was driven. It's a pain for the customer to readjust everything. More

Had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. From the beginning he was unpleasant. Didn’t explain any of the other services my vehicle needed; they were declined. Also, claimed multi point inspe From the beginning he was unpleasant. Didn’t explain any of the other services my vehicle needed; they were declined. Also, claimed multi point inspection was good but I see red for engine oil and/or fluid leaks with no comments or explanation listed (In fairness I noticed this at once I was home and attempted to call). Icing on the cake, calls my name once the service is done and immediately turns around and goes back to the service bay. I then walk up and notice he’s calling my phone and I am a desk or two away and he’s throwing his hands up in the air like I’m missing in action. Doesn’t wait for me, walks the paperwork to the service counter to pay and just leaves. Never had this experience before. Will only book with Tim from now on. That’s why I selected that I recommend the service department. More

Bought 2 cars in the last year. And I had to get repairs done due to a small accident. But I paid the price over 5k in repairs, now there is a squeak and the alignment is off.
