Nick Woods our sales person. Probably wasn’t truthful about the condition of the car we bought. After we bought it I brought it home and noticed the speakers did not have any bas Probably wasn’t truthful about the condition of the car we bought. After we bought it I brought it home and noticed the speakers did not have any bass to them. I messed with the vehicle settings and saw the focus of the sound was only towards the back of the car once I moved the focus to the center the balance of the sound I started hearing a rattling sound coming from somewhere in the front of car. I messaged Nick Woods about this and he asked if I was blasting music. I said no because the speakers are already lout they just didn’t have bass. Once I told him what I discovered he went radio silence. Leading me to believe he knew something was wrong with them. Second time buying from a Ziegler dealer and again with an issue that they covered up and refuse to even try to help with. xxxxxxx sales person and xxxxxxx dealer again. Never recommending or buying from this dealer chain again. More

I was hesitant to try another Ziegler dealership because I had a bad experience at a different one but everyone at Ziegler Honda was very friendly and understanding. Karson was great to work with. He took into account what I needed from a vehicle and my concerns with my last one. He even looked into seeing if it was better to get my original vehicle fixed versus buying a new one.
