Big shout out to Frank for being the best salesman to work with! Thanks for going above and beyond and dropping off forgotten items we left in our trade-in vehicle on NYE. Honestly best dealership and staff around! More

The service team at Zeigler Honda of Racine is amazing as always! I went in to get another key programmed for my vehicle during this visit. Not only was it the best pricing I found compared to other places f always! I went in to get another key programmed for my vehicle during this visit. Not only was it the best pricing I found compared to other places for the same service, but everyone-from the service advisors to the technicians-had a positive and genuinely caring attitude toward customers. The atmosphere isn't like a typical service center; they treat everyone like their own. I also really appreciate the cleanliness-they made sure not to get my vehicle dirty, even though we're in the middle of winter. Most other service centers don't care about this, but Zeigler Honda of Racine. More

Had a Oil cover gasket replaced per recommendation from one of the service guys. Jalen. The Jeep grand Cherokee never was noisy or anything. Went in for just an oil change at first. When Jalen recommended one of the service guys. Jalen. The Jeep grand Cherokee never was noisy or anything. Went in for just an oil change at first. When Jalen recommended it had the minor leak but needed to be changed ASAP, we did so in trust of years of service. After the 1,000 job there was a ticking, knocking noise. We made an appointment to see why that started and Zach helped out after as well as Princeton after days of back and forth. They accepted they broke a part but would take time to come in and had to bring back the car after part arrived. Picked up car again and knocking still there. Zach is doing his best, but now it a 2,500 dollar job for a oil change at first with no issues, not a cover change that was recommended, 1000 to a part broken that was said to be the cause of knocking to now it's our job to pay the cost when it's clear the cams or rocket lifter was not properly fit back in place after cover placement and they said they would fix the damages because the noise was a simple part, but it ended up being a nightmare. Since before Thanksgiving 2025 the Car still sit and we're expected to fix the repair of a Techs work assembly. Not Zacks fault. He's tring to help, customer service wise but too many lies and bounced around with a company dealership that I trusted for 8 plus years as I got my new Honda pilot black edition there. I take well care of my cars and this is just not the greatest start of a New Year knowing a Tech made a big mistake. Accidents happen, but now puts the costs that are HIGH on our end. From a simple oil change to a front Cover gasket needed that showed minimal signs of leak. To 2.5k of extra work n possibly more. They took acceptance they broke and caused the knocking, so why now we have to endure such cost? Cause it doesn't favor your service end? Always been a pleased customer and recommended everyone. Very humble and now a stressful New Year. God help us More

Had an appointment for an oil change. Opted out of free car wash and still waited two hours. Not once did I receive an update on timeline or even sorry for the wait. Two hours is complete Opted out of free car wash and still waited two hours. Not once did I receive an update on timeline or even sorry for the wait. Two hours is completely unacceptable for an oil change when you have an appointment. I will never go back. More
