I worked with this dealership over the course of September and October 2023 . It was my first time buying a car with internet assistance. I was looking to buy my third White Prius and wanted a Whit September and October 2023 . It was my first time buying a car with internet assistance. I specified this with my local dealer and they informed me they could no longer “get me “ the car I wanted, I had to go online and look around myself and find it! Eventually I found Edmunds. I put in my specs and found the Vin number and a car was to come to Heritage. I will be living in Charleston SC when I return to the states in December. I now live in Burundi Africa. Communication is difficult. I laid out all of the nuances of communications and went back and forth with Sam Rhee?, Rasean, the manager, various Internet sales personnel who gave me full specifications quotes. I accepted the quote and agreed to buy the car. In late Ictober we were still trying to secure the approval of this mysterious Jared who had to approve how much I would need to pay and the delivery terms. On October 24, 2 days after I had spoken with the sales manager who confirmed the terms of the deal by telephone from one of many calls I placed from Africa, this Jared person I finally tracked down. He was more than confident I will say. He said he sold the car October 7. All this carried on to the point of asking for full payment for a car that wasn’t even there! And then what? I am supposed to just choose something else? Who does this? I have never heard of behavior like this. I have never tried to buy a car from afar. I don’t recommend trying this with these people. More

A classic bait and switch scheme was employed at this dealership. Do not fall for it and stay away. You have been warned. I scheduled an appointment for 5:00 p.m. and verified via email and phone conversation the morning of the appointment. I was notified minutes prior to my arrival hat the vehicle was just sold. I arrived at the dealership to confirm whether the vehicles was sold and was notified that they car sold earlier that morning. I was very upset as I had just driven over 70 miles and no one cared to call me and notify me that the car was no longer there. I was very skeptical that there was even a car there to begin with as they tried to sell me a more expensive car with less features. Did not make sense at all. When I asked to to talk to the sales manager Mr. Bryer had this speech memorized of how car sells on a first come first serve basis and they would be happy to sell me a more expensive car. He did not take the time to understand the issue or my concern and was very unapologetic. As if this was their normal tactic and he was defending it tooth and nail. I found him to be condescending and unprofessional and I hope that this message will be a warning to anyone to stay away from this dealership. More

James was amazingly helpful in finding and purchasing a car that was difficult to find during supply chain issues. I was able to place a hold on the new car with them and come pick it up when it was delive car that was difficult to find during supply chain issues. Queen is one of the best salesperson I’ve worked with during my years of purchasing cars, whoever that person is that made that false review about her is a disgrace and a total lie the “technique” they s during my years of purchasing cars, whoever that person is that made that false review about her is a disgrace and a total lie the “technique” they said she did is impossible because AirPods disconnect when you walk away from your phone because the Bluetooth disconnects , anyway Queen is very helpful and I recommend her to anyone thinking about buying a car from here ! Not impressed at all. Used the whole “leave my phone while I take my AirPods away to listen to your conversation” technique. I didn’t even say what style car I wanted to her and she came back from “talking with her manager” and knew exactly what I wanted and the color… they also said they had a bunch of Highlander’s in stock when I called, got there and they didn’t have one. Then wanted me to put a deposit down to hold a vehicle to test drive one. I came from a far distance because they said they had a couple I could test drive. Her attitude was also sub par. Totally disappointed in my experience. Went to another Toyota with a much better experience and purchased exactly what I wanted More
