Not only is he extremely knowledgeable friendly courteous and patient, he knows his stuff. He made me feel very comfortable and made me aware of all of my options including the lease option which I had previously never considered. He walked me through every step of the purchasing process including price trade in value warranties and accessories. After I decided on my totally awesome RAV4 adventure he gave me a full run down of the vehicle including all the buttons and gadgets and features. This was not my first experience with Quincy or at A1 Toyota. They were great when my mom purchased her Toyota and that played a major factor in my decision to not only return at A1 but specifically deal with Quincy. I couldn’t ask for a better experience and will definitely be back! More

Both were personable and established rapport with us (including my 7 year old daughter); it was easy to be comfortable. My experience was everything tat I hoped it would be. I first went online to review the new Camry. I selected an exterior an interior color for my Camry. Also selected a sun roof as an add on. Although I have considered going somewhere else the deal has always been better at A-1, the price, service and location make the deal. Our sales man's name was John Murphy and he went above and beyond to make sure that we were pleased-we had some things that we wanted corrected before the purchase and he made sure they happened, no matter who he had to get in touch with. Also, there was a gentleman named Mustafa that also followed through on everything in our requests. I returned a few days after the purchase because I had noticed some things that needed to be handled and instead of everyone trying to avoid me, they were as great as before the purchase and helped with clearing everything up to the smallest detail. I will recommend A-1 to anyone who is in the market for a new or used vehicle and it's the people that always make the difference-there is a tremendous team working down there. More
