He has helped me purchase my very first car when I was 19 and every car thereafter, as my family continues to grow. I’ve had my Sienna for 3 weeks now and am in love! At first I didn’t like the idea of becoming a “soccer mom” but those thoughts were put to rest once I drove off the lot. A1 Toyota is warm and very welcoming. I always bring my daughter to look at cars and for service and she enjoys their free hot chocolate, playing in the children’s area and checking out the cars with me. I’ve never had a bad experience at this dealership. They’re honest and true to their word when offering amazing service and perks when purchasing from them. That's why we came back to him for our second Highlander eight years later. No one else would do! He is intelligent, thoughtful, cheerful, and quick thinking with a phenomenal knowledge of the vehicles he represents. More importantly, he is extremely patient. He would cheerfully re-explain some of the intricacies of the Highlander Hybrid until he was sure we understood. He did not try to talk us into anything. Instead he gave us the information to make our own decisions. He has become a trusted friend. Everyone we met at A-1 was friendly and cordial. Frank Crisafi had responded to our internet request for a quote. When we visited we asked to speak with Quincy but that didn't keep Frank from being cordial, friendly and interested in talking any time our paths crossed. Howard Luna handled the final paperwork in an organized, efficient, smiling way that made spending a lot of money easier to accept. Even the ladies at the reception desk were delightfully friendly. We think A-1 must be a very pleasant place to work. It is certainly a pleasant place to do business. More
