Quincy was referred by a family member. He was great at following up after my initial inquiry regarding the vehicle I was looking for, and which accessories I had to have, and which were optional. We met following up after my initial inquiry regarding the vehicle I was looking for, and which accessories I had to have, and which were optional. We met and Quincy was pleasant, patient, and very knowledgeable. He explained the A-1 Toyota car buying process, went over the features of the vehicle selected which was very detailed. Test drive was information and the financing (Frank Nieves) also went smoothly. I love my new vehicle. Kudos to Quincy! Kudos to Frank! More

Quincy Smith sold me a Prius Prime. The guy knows his stuff. Best car salesman/person I’ve ever dealt with. Quincy met with me at least 3 times. My plan had been to purchase an EV (shy of a Tesla), bu stuff. Best car salesman/person I’ve ever dealt with. Quincy met with me at least 3 times. My plan had been to purchase an EV (shy of a Tesla), but I was not happy with the quality of the cars on the market. Quincy at A-1 showed me the benefits of the Prius Prime.
