Ken has always been great. This was the third vehicle in six years we've purchased from him, and he keeps outdoing himself. This time, I was looking to purchase a 2025 CX90. This was the third vehicle in six years we've purchased from him, and he keeps outdoing himself. This time, I was looking to purchase a 2025 CX90. One was in-transit, but it was caught up at the port. Coincidentally, a non-Heritage dealership had a CX90 in the trim and color I was waiting on. Ken, along with management, made arrangements to retrieve the vehicle immediately, so that I could purchase it right then and there. Customer service at its finest! More
