Great Experience I was looking for a new vehicle and came across one on RC Hill website I reached out to obtain additional information in regards to the vehicle. New to the Mitsubishi Family Recently (2/6/19) I was at a crossroad with my vehicle, it was almost at the 100,000 mile mark and I was on the fence as to what I should do. My l Recently (2/6/19) I was at a crossroad with my vehicle, it was almost at the 100,000 mile mark and I was on the fence as to what I should do. My lending company pre-approved me for a new loan and recommend dealers in my area. I wasn’t sure if I was going to buy but figured a test drive wouldn’t hurt. I found a few cars that piqued my interest and RC Hill had a few of them. I contacted the dealership via phone and was greeted with a friendly voice. Anthony helped me identify the vehicles I was interested in and asked when I would be in. Being that it was after 6 pm and they closed at 8, I didn’t want to be “That Customer” but Anthony insisted that it was fine and offered to have the car waiting for me. Anthony was extremely personable, pleasant, and accommodating. Not once did I feel pressured or intimidated. His product knowledge and expertise was impressive and very helpful. After test driving a few vehicles, I found the one I liked and decided to put numbers together. He offered me a very good price and even worked with my trade in value. Not too long after the papers were signed and I was the proud owner of a new Mitsubishi SUV. This was probably the easiest and least painful buying experience and I owe it to Anthony and his finance team. 10/10! Would highly recommend! Thank you, Anthony!!! More
