I recently visited Beaver Chevrolet on Phillips Hwy. and was waited on immediately by Rich King. We searched the lot and went inside to see what may be nearby. Rich sold me a 2022 Colorado. After a dreadful week of dealer with CarMax and losing my dream car, I called Rich and he got it for me in le Rich King, This guy is the real deal! After a dreadful week of dealer with CarMax and losing my dream car, I called Rich and he got it for me in less than ten minutes over the phone. I called Rich and he assured me that I was in good hands. He took my info, secured the car, and called me back on my approval. All in TEN MINUTES over the phone. Quick and easy, no pressure. He then texted me a picture of the car immediately after the phone call and said “getting her detailed now”. It was the best feeling to know he really cared about my business after listening to how frustrated I was with CarMax. He really listened and gave great assurance to me as this is my very first purchase on a car. He didn’t take advantage of me being a young first time buyer either. He made sure I drove off the lot with knowing everything about the car, every detail about every gadget. Rich is a super down to earth, chill guy. Not pushy at all. Just really caring and helpful. I wouldn’t have wanted to do my business any other way. Buy from Rich, you won’t regret it! He got all this done in one day. I love my blue Chevy Cruze! More
