Rich King was very helpful Rich King was very knowledgeable about the Blazer that I was interested in purchasing. Unfortunately the color I desired was not at the dealership. Mr Rich King was very knowledgeable about the Blazer that I was interested in purchasing. Unfortunately the color I desired was not at the dealership. Mr King was able to obtain it from another dealership. When we were discussing the features I required I stated I wanted a hitch receiver since the reason for trading my Impala was so that I could help transport my mother who now has to use a wheelchair. When we finished the deal neither I nor Mr King looked under the plastic covering to see if a receiver hitch was included on this vehicle, there wasn't one. I emailed Mr. King later that day last Tuesday but as of Saturday he hasn't communicated with me. I am a little disappointed but am able to get one installed in the near future. More
