Samantha was very friendly and informative. She explained things to me in Layman's term. She did small talk to make me feel comfortable. All this was done with a great smile. Scheduled an oil change for 7:00 am. Waited in line for about five minutes. Got checked in. Out in the waiting room. Hanging out I get an emergency call about a project that needed someo Waited in line for about five minutes. Got checked in. Out in the waiting room. Hanging out I get an emergency call about a project that needed someone onsite with in the hour. So I go and check on my truck’s oil change. It hasn’t been brought back yet and it’s been checked in now for fifty minutes. I told them I would have to cancel and come back another day. They gave me the keys to my truck. As I was leaving, I noticed the car that checked in just before me was still sitting in the parking lot as well. There’s no telling how long that lady had to wait for an oil change!! I’m not sure if I will go back there for an oil change again. It’s one thing to be busy. But when you’re the second person to check in the morning and the person in front of you still doesn’t have her oil change. What’s the point of making appointments?? Who wants to leave there car there all day for an oil change?? The lack of service and respect for the customers with a 90.00 oil change is ridiculous!! More

They took care of me right away when I didn’t have an appointment. The part that was needed wasn’t in stock but they went out and got it quickly. They are always so courteous and friendly. very nice peoples very polite customer service they answers all the crushes that you need to know if you wanna know anything about your vehicle extra they will recommend you. My head was that I had took out a vehicle thing to fix my vehicle for $500 loan and then I traded a car in the same day and I felt like I shouldn’t have to be responsible for that because I tried it in the car but it is what it is. I love Chevy. I always get back and only comes to Chevy. Chevy never give me no discount at all from being with them since 2004 More
