Tom helped by presenting and thinking through issues and decisions, especially regarding extended service contracts, with which I was not familiar. Over the phone, he even got a better deal on loan interest with Redwood Credit Union. My 2004 Honda CRV carried me over 300,000 miles without expensive maintenance. Unfortunately, I was hit from behind by a truck, which "totaled" the car. No injuries to either driver, fortunately. I would have kept my 2004 for as long as practically possible. However, it was an easy choice to buy another Honda CRV. Thanks to all of you! More

Due to work relocation, 1+ after purchasing, I gifted the car to my mother on Mother's Day. Fast Forward, 3+ years after gifting her the car it reaches it's limited. I promised, my mother, that I would help her purchase another car, a brand new car, soon! On July 2nd, I drove from LA to my parents in Sonoma county. Research shown that Manly Honda has the best deals in Northern California! On July 3rd, my parents and I walked into Manly hoping to make a deal. It was obvious that we were in the right place. The used car lot was nearly empty. The holiday sale was major and world knew about it. lol We hit a few bumps BUT that didn't stop Brian and Rosa for making it work. They worked their magic from A-Z. They wouldn't let my parents walk away without a car. Without a doubt, Rosa and Brain were determined. After a few hours, my parents knew what they wanted. I can't thank Rosa and Brian enough. My parents purchased a 2017 Honda Civic!!! Brian and Rosa were even kind enough to throw in a few extras and make a deal my parents can afford. My parents are overjoyed and my trip up north was worth it. YOU MUST ASK FOR BRIAN AND ROSA! More
