No follow through! I have been dealing with Manly Honda since 1990, and they are a constant source of aggravation. They are happy to sell you a car, and there the custom I have been dealing with Manly Honda since 1990, and they are a constant source of aggravation. They are happy to sell you a car, and there the customer service stops. I just bought the '18 CR-V, and left it there while I was out of town for 10 days so they could install a cargo liner and matts-seems pretty simple. Called on Monday to say I would pick up the car on Thurs PM and reminded my salesperson about the liner. Thurs PM-no liner, no matts! Very quick demo on how to program the car-yes, this is right before the holidays, but I just spent a lot of my time and money on this transaction. I put my dogs in the back of the car and they are slipping and sliding all over. I tried to call Manly- 2 busy signals. one unanswered voicemail and finally -4 hours later- after 3 transfers-my salesperson told me it could not be fixed until next Wed. Why didn't anyone ever call me about the liner?? This has always been my experience with Manly for 35 years-no caring customer service! If I ran my business this way, I would be out of business. I love Hondas-hate Manly. Rosa was a good salesperson, not pushy, but dropped the ball after the transaction. More

I would’ve gave them 10 out of 10 but I think they need to work on customer service. More
