RaShawn was an excellent salesman. I called him about a palisade calligraphy and he told me the one I was interested was on hold but his customer wasn’t sure about it. This was my first lease, and I a brand new Hyundai Tucson Hybrid thru an amazing salesman- RASHAWN LATIMER.. Every aspect of my lease was excellent. This was my first lease, and I had many questions. Rashawn explained the entire process in a strait-forward & honest manner that I was able to understand. He NEVER pressured me in any way. The pricing & costs were disclosed immediately upfront. Rashawn Latimer knew I wanted the "white" Tucson, as opposed to the black one. I was close to impulsively buying the "black" one, but Rashawn was looking out for my best interests, and warned me against compromising on a color that was only my 2nd choice. They (Rashawn & Casey) located a "white" Tucson, and arranged to have it delivered from another dealership 30 miles away.. LASTLY & MOST IMPRESSIVELY - after all the papers were signed, Rashawn expertly spent well over an hour with me demonstrating every single button, switch, control, and technology feature inside & outside the vehicle.
