I have purchased many vehicles and usually I don’t find it to be a pleasant experience. This time was definitely extraordinarily different. My husband and I had made an appointment to view and test drive a 2022 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited. I was so pleasantly surprised when RaShawn actually walked out of the showroom door to meet us as we pulled into the parking space. He is the nicest and most pleasant salesman I have ever met. He actually made my car buying experience enjoyable and as I have noted before I generally dread the car buying experience. RaShawn was not pushy. He gave us all the time we wanted to look over the car. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered any questions that we had. The test driving experience was very relaxing and unhurried. When we decided to purchase the vehicle, RaShawn was extremely efficient and the whole process went along quickly and smoothly. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this man. Your dealership is very fortunate to have him. When we were ready to leave with our new vehicle, RaShawn showed us every feature of the car and took the time to teach us how to use them (and there are definitely many features to this car).
