I left my information with them to have a sales person call me the next day and I did not get anything the next day. I finally had to call by noon to make sure s truck that I was interested in. Customer service: I don’t know who is in charge of sales training but it needs a lot of work. I felt like I was tossed around to 5 different sales people, and seemed like I come in and the person that I was suppose to meet with was busy. Deal: when it came down to buying the truck I was ready to purchase. I was really unhappy that they gave me a crappy price on my truck and expected to do financing through the dealership. No wiggle room on price on the truck. I would do fianancing but there was now moving the price on the truck. Experience overall experience could have been better. I just felt like a number in the store and not a person. The reason I came there was because no dealerships had what I wanted. I had to drive 1hr both ways to look at vehicles and I felt my time could have been spent a little better on dealing on a truck. More
