The dealership was great . It was the service person Steven that has lack of communication with the customers. The dealership was beautiful and kind BUT the fact that it has been 2 weeks and I am still unable to access the KiaConnect app is unacceptable and disappointing. Anyone else I know that purchased a Kia lef it has been 2 weeks and I am still unable to access the KiaConnect app is unacceptable and disappointing. Anyone else I know that purchased a Kia left the dealership with the app? I have been asking for help since day one and even emailed again today but still no access or response from Kia Connect themselves. More
