Service intake wait was much too long.Even though I had my car towed in, I made an appointment for service. Once car arrived, many other customers were taken ahead of me because my car was unable to "be in my car towed in, I made an appointment for service. Once car arrived, many other customers were taken ahead of me because my car was unable to "be in line". I usually don't have any problems with Metro Honda, but the wait was totally unnecessary. The wait was too long my appointment was for 4:00 pm got there at 3;00 pm still had to wait till almost 5 pm.
