Technically Reliable I have been using this Spreen Honda for almost 10 years on my current Accord. Once in a while there can be issues; long waits, car left dirty (grease, I have been using this Spreen Honda for almost 10 years on my current Accord. Once in a while there can be issues; long waits, car left dirty (grease, etc.), complementary wash not done at end of service and even something broken. Rachelle has been my service adviser the past few times and she always does her best to remedy any situations that may arise. She is a very courteous and kind rep and usually she is able to overcome any issues that may arise that is out of her hands and she had no part of causing (such as techs or service employees). I have been a little worried about bringing my car in because of some issues in the past couple of years (again, caused by service personnel and NOT my adviser). This time, things went so smoothly... I was given a loaner so I didn't have to wait around for 4-5 hours. Rachelle made things affordable and verified what was necessary. She was thorough and paid attention to my requests and answered my questions well. I have always trusted Spreen Honda but a year ago may have given 4 stars but this time it is a 5 star rating for sure due specifically to Rachelle's more than just professionalism but her care and concern for me as a customer and her kindness as a human being. I didn't receive the complementary car wash at the end of service even though I tried to verify with the cashier. Many of the non-technician service employees need to be more thorough and trained how to interact with customers better. The guys that bring up the cars can be vague and impersonal and disregard you completely. Regardless of this, I still rate the service a 5 because of Rachelle. More
