First of all I made the appointment and asked for full synthetic oil change and tire rotation which they didn’t do at all. They used a synthetic blend and did not rotate the tires at all. So I paid $135.2 synthetic oil change and tire rotation which they didn’t do at all. They used a synthetic blend and did not rotate the tires at all. So I paid $135.26 and did not get what I asked for. I called them the same day and asked to speak to the service manager and Dominique said that he (Anthony Price) was in a meeting as well as Regan the customer relations manager was in the same meeting and I was told that one of them would call me back the same day which was July 31,2024 and I never did receive the phone call from either one. I was so excited to finally meet Destiny who made the appointment for me and she was so nice but unfortunately if this is how they do business I most definitely won’t be returning to this location to have my car serviced. It’s a shame because our service advisor was also nice that day to but if they aren’t going to do what I requested then that is shameful. I also was supposed to receive a 15 percent discount for being a first time customer and they didn’t know how to do that (apply coupon). Dominique said they could make another appointment to come in and get the tire rotation done but I explained to her that we are over an hour away and it would be crazy for me to come back for that and make that drive again. I think they should refund part of the money that I spent for tire rotation that I didn’t receive. Sincerely, Mary Campbell More

I was told that the free oil change coupon I had for a bad experience which left me with no car for a whole week because they kept calling someone else to pick the car up was not good anymore. I was given bad experience which left me with no car for a whole week because they kept calling someone else to pick the car up was not good anymore. I was given 4 of them to make it right and to return to give them another chance but when I returned they told me they could give me an oil change for $80 which is the regular price. Very disappointing and will not return. More
