I wanted the rear center console for the 2021 Honda Odyssey I bought. I paid 26,000 as my down payment and called repeatedly to Gabe and got no calls back after he promised over and over to get me Hond Odyssey I bought. Then I was told if I bought a second fob I could get it programmed but after I bought one I was told I had to buy it from Honda so I had to pay another 89.00 for another fob. There is No follow through after the sale. I am going to buy another car as a second but I will not return to Honda at fort Myers. I have been a long time customer and deserve better than that. More

On December 21, we scheduled an appointment with Honda of Fort myers to buy a used Toyota Camry 2023 that was advertised under $17,000. The car that met our expectations was $19,500. From parking lot to the table, the car went up to $25, 810. The payment negotiation took a couple hours even that I was pre-approved by Capital One. The payment and interés rate were really high and for some reason they refused to use my wife's credit. The sale was completed that night but it was too late to insured the car so they offered to bring it to us at no cost, as soon as I get the car insured. Next day, my wife decided to analyze the loan documents and noticed that the dealer add some other charges including the "free delivery" that Rafael Alvino offered to us ($1,947). The amount financed was over $28,000. On December 22nd (next day) I called Honda of Fort Myers, I spoke to Rafael Alvino (finance department) and I requested a cancellation and this when all the hard time started. On the 22nd Rafael expressed by phone, that he will send me a check the same day for the total of my down payment ($2,000). On December 26, I called Rafael again because we found a car and we still haven't received the money, he assured that it was already on the mail and that I will receive it before December 30th. On December 27, Rafael called me to request my debit card number, I was confused because he told me the day before that my check was already on the mail. I asked him about what happened with the check and he said that he found an easy way. I gave Rafael my Debit card number and he did a reverse of $1000 that was the amount that I paid with card, I asked him about the other $1000 and he responded that he would send it overnight but the check didn't came next day. I called the dealership multiple times to request a manager but they kept avoiding me and Rafael is not answering the phone no more. Finally yesterday January 5th, I get to speak to the financial manager Justin Dunn. This person didn't offer any solution or apologize for his employee constant lies; instead his answer was that the check was sent already but it will take another week according to the tracking number. I asked the financial manager Justin to provide me the tracking number but he refused to give it to me. 2 weeks have passed and they still owed me $1000. They not only try to add ridiculous charges to the loan, they also hold my money for no reason. More

unclear of why I met 8 people to purchase a car. The best person was Maria outstanding and Chris.The rest was terrible service and not being clear on explaining the cost and services. Not my price, but your price of purchasing is ridiculous with all your fees and fake costs to the consumer. I would never buy there again.A 34,000 car and you people wanted 43,000. Thats thievery, outrages. The inside of the showroom is like a picnic ground with tables and chairs everywhere and no privacy. I have never experienced anything like this in my 70 cars purchased. Its like a carnival inside. No class. Hey they sell alot of cars ,spend some money on the front of building other than big rocks blackened and copper pipes exposed and no flowers or bushes looks terrible. In and outside appearance is not good at all. Remember first impression tells alot about the place.Sales people walking around outside eating food and drinking water or tonic and some with terribly dressed. Not a good picture. Place needs to up there standards and appearance but I guess they dont have to and dont care they sell lots of cars even at those inflated prices. Do you think for 1 minute I can remember the 8 people I met and no business cards. More

They never told me that the car didn't come with a second key. The car is only a year old and no second key. They didn't even try to get me a factory security code for the car.
