Rafael was a terrible sales person. He spent over half the time that I spent there talking with his coworkers. He had headphones in the entire time and I had to repeat myself multiple t He spent over half the time that I spent there talking with his coworkers. He had headphones in the entire time and I had to repeat myself multiple times for him to understand me through the headphones. It took over 3 hours before a price was given to me, and it was not the price that I was given on the phone or the one online. When I said that I was told a different price on the phone, he said “Big boy truck, big boy money”. There were multiple other rude comments made earlier, but I left after the big boy comment. I was fully prepared to purchase a truck, but I will not be returning to this dealership and I will encourage everyone I know to purchase a vehicle elsewhere. More
