Even though there is a Honda dealership just 10 min away from me , I chose to drive 35 min to Rick Case. I feel like this dealership is just full of bull salesmanship like the others. It's larger and the e from me , I chose to drive 35 min to Rick Case. I feel like this dealership is just full of bull salesmanship like the others. It's larger and the employees I delt with Sound to be more real and honest. Even though my brand new Honda has a dent and quality control slipped up a bit, it was addressed by Paul Brown. It will be fixed soon. This is my second car from RC. More

Very helpful to close the negotiation. 3.- Luis Naranjo ( Finance Manager ) Extremely efficient, explaining all the details of the transactions and doing the best for the customer with the financials. 4.- Wisler Dorcely is the best Service Advisor I met in all the agencies, worried by the customers, doing always the best for them, his attitude motivated me to be loyal to Honda and buy a new Honda again. All these people helped me to have a GREAT experience with the new Honda... this is what is doing the difference among the agencies and brands. Congratulations, now I understand why Rick and Rita are proud of the people that are working for them. More

I enjoyed my experience at Rick Case Honda in Davie, FL. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I felt that all of my questions were answered and I was given the time and information necessary for me to make the decision to purchase a new Honda there. I worked with Rafael DaVila in sales and I really appreciated the help he provided. He was very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable working with him, which was one of the main reasons I decided to buy at Rick Case. He was not pushy at all and gave me the time to make my decision without feeling pressured or rushed. I also worked with Erika Mena in the Finance Department and she was very helpful as well. She reviewed everything thoroughly and answered all of our questions. The dealership also offers some good incentives such as discounted gas, free car wash and 10% off service. I had a great experience at Rick Case and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Honda. More

Rafael was efficient, friendly, and knowledgable. Assisted and answered any and all questions we had about pricing, options, cars, and so on. Mr. Davila was very helpful. We told him what kind of car we wanted and how much we were willing to pay. He made it happen within minutes. He also took us for a test drive and explained every single fea car we wanted and how much we were willing to pay. He made it happen within minutes. He also took us for a test drive and explained every single feature in the car. He allowed me to compare the Accord to the Civic, explaining the advantages and disadvantages. Mr. Davila was very polite and definitely listened to my needs, working with me so that I could walk out with the car I wanted at the price I needed. I will definitely look for him, the next time I go to Rick Case. More

I started researching for a new car last November (2012). I read Consumer Reports, got all the information I would need before I even set foot in any dealership, and in fact, came here to find a good dealer I read Consumer Reports, got all the information I would need before I even set foot in any dealership, and in fact, came here to find a good dealership in my area. It pointed me to Rick Case Honda. I went on site, not intending to buy ,but just look at the car in person. I met Rafael Davila there and advised him I was just looking at that time, he still showed me around the car, lifted the hood, showed me what was wear and how it looked on the inside. I left, but got a card from him and scheduled a test drive (again, no intention to buy just yet). Test drive went great, and he did pitch me for financing, which I expected, but it wasn't a high pressure pitch (I'm a salesman myself, so I know a pitch when I hear one ). I shopped around and found a different dealership with a better price, made one call back to the rep and asked if he'd meet it, he said yes , and with that, I went down and got the car. I'm a first time buyer, so I researched ahead of time and was made aware of what not to pay for , and what I absolutely had to pay for. I calculated a price range ahead of time (both low and high ). Rafael handed me the paperwork, and he'd met my low price, and there was no gimmicks on the paperwork, the price he said he would meet, he met, no suprises, no hidden extras. That paperwork was painless. I went to financing, and that was equally as painless , everything was explained in plain english, and again, no hard ball sales tactics, no pitching (except for the extended warranty, but again, I came in expecting that anyway, and it wasn't high pressure by any means ). I'd reccommend Rick Case Honda to anyone, and especially Rafael Davilla! Great job guys! More

I have chosen Rick Case as an option to buy my new car because of previous experiences I had along the years in Miami area. Even though Rick Case is very far from where I live, the experience was great be because of previous experiences I had along the years in Miami area. In other words, its a nice environment where you're treated with honesty and sympathy which gives you confidence, which is a rare feeling in a car dealer. I will recommend RCH to anybody looking to buy a car or motorcyle as well as keeping RCH as my first choice in my next purchase. More

The reason I'm giving Rick Case Honda a 5 star rating is because of the exceptional, outstanding and professional service that this dealership possesses. I've always purchased General Motors products an is because of the exceptional, outstanding and professional service that this dealership possesses. I've always purchased General Motors products and this is the 1st time I went away from GM and purchased a Honda. The minute I arrived at the dealership, I was not swamped with sales reps haggling and making me uncomfortable. I was greeted by Rafeal and was given a tour of vehicles that I was interested in buying. I wasn't sure about which vehicle to purchase, but I knew gas mileage was my number 1 concern and it was toss-up between the Accord and Civic. After test driving a few vehicles, I was still was undecided and wanted a little more time to make a decision. Upon leaving the dealership, Adrienne met with me and provided me with assurance to answer any questions that I might have later on. After a few weeks went by, I decided to give Rafeal a call because I was now ready to purchase. I met with Rafeal on Saturday and took a Honda Civic out for a test ride. I knew immediately that this was the car I was going to purchase. I told Rafeal that I was planning to go to the Auto Show that night and then come back Monday to purchase the Civic. When I went to the auto show, I met with Bradley and Diamante. I had several questions regarding the purchase and lease of the vehicle and Brad answered all of my questions. I hung around the Honda vehicles for a couple of hours and felt like I was part of the family. The amount of time Brad spent with me made me feel comfortable. I felt Brad deserved credit and I asked him to obtain approval from Rafeal to assist with my purchase. I felt both reps deserved credit for their time and efforts. I arrived at the dealership on Monday and purchased the Civic. It was a wonderful experience and I've already recommended Rafeal and Bradley to my boss and neighbor. Thank you, Mike Hagopian More
