This was my first time coming to BMW of Sarasota and I was very impressed. Upon arrival I was pleasantly greeted by the attendant. The waiting area is HUGE and comfortable. My service advisor, Raphael, was very impressed. Upon arrival I was pleasantly greeted by the attendant. The waiting area is HUGE and comfortable. My service advisor, Raphael, greeted me with a smile and explained the recommended services I would be receiving. He asked if I had questions and gave an understandable explanation. I was very impressed with the technology used by BMW of Sarasota. After my technician, Alan, completed the multipoint inspection he shared a video of all the areas that were addressed. This was AWESOME!! I am so looking forward to having my car serviced here. They certainly care about their customers and their customers’ cars. More

My speedometer/eco drive readings aren't right after my new battery was put in. I was quoted one price and charged a much higher price once I got there. Service advisor was especially rude.
