Parts department did not provide my Costco 15% discount for my rear view mirror, which was the most expensive part of my purchase. When I questioned him, he did not reply. Customer Service front desk staff is always friendly and competent. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. The service is completed within the expected time. The dealership is nice, clean, and a friendly staff. I'm not going to blame them for the cost of my service, however, it was OUT OF CONTROL. $127.00 for an oil change. Yes, you are reading that correctl I'm not going to blame them for the cost of my service, however, it was OUT OF CONTROL. $127.00 for an oil change. Yes, you are reading that correctly. Granted, I did have full synthetic oil, but come on now... Last time it was $79.00 and that included a tire rotation, but not this time, that was extra. I have 230K on my 2013 Outback, and get the oil changed every 5K miles. I switched from another dealer because of other issues with my sons 2021 WRX-sti purchase. I am going to check around to see what deals I can find next time, because nothing was offered to me for this service. More

I was due for a 24 month free service but missed the date due to Covid. My service advisor Rafael Ibarra covered me anyway, and there was no charge. My car was ready on time.
