My wife and I met Rafael Salgado last Sunday. Actually, we stopped in to see Javon Ruffin, but he was off that day and Mr. Salgado stepped in to help us. We planned to put down a payment to secure a RAV4 (to be placed on order for us). We were shown a vehicle that was on the lot and Mr. Salgado explained all the features, which were almost exactly what we had wanted when we "built our own" RAV4 on line on the Toyota.com website. Long story short, we made the deposit and order a RAV4 thanks to the combined efforts of Mr. Salgado and Mr. Ruffin. We're looking forward to getting our new Toyota within several weeks. Both these gentlemen were efficient, friendly and helpful. They made our dealings with Findlay Toyota in Spokane a very pleasant car-buying experience. More
