I cannot say enough about how he treated my daughter and me - he was kind, made sure we knew what was going on at all times, and he cared about us, that was quite evident. We live in Montana and Rafael gave us recommendations where to have dinner. Rafael texted me the next day to be sure we made it home safe and to make sure I was happy with the vehicle I purchased. I had an issue with my title work and Rafael had it taken care of within minutes and called me back to verify I received his email.
