Great experience with sales, delivery and service I just purchased my first Volkswagen, a new 2018 GTI. The entire experience was great. I got a great price with a great finance deal. Excellent Service I had an appointment which because of traffic I came 15 minutes late, but Mr. Demarkus Tate the Service Advisor greeted saying “that’s no problem I wi I had an appointment which because of traffic I came 15 minutes late, but Mr. Demarkus Tate the Service Advisor greeted saying “that’s no problem I will take care of you right away”. The Service campaign was taken care in a prompt and delivered in the promised time. We live 45 minutes from the Dealer and we don’t regret buying our Tiguan at your Dealer even having VW Dealership near us. You have a Great Team, please keep the Good Work. More

VW Kennesaw Service Had to have car in for a warranty repair. Service completed, but took approximately one hour longer than anticipated (about 2.5 hours vs. 1.5 hour est Had to have car in for a warranty repair. I have found that the dealer generally underestimates the amount of time to complete, but the repair fixed the issue. More

Excellent service and overly accommodating! They were faster than they thought & cleaned & polished my cat. They gave me a free loaner while my car was in service and fixed an issue with my exte They were faster than they thought & cleaned & polished my cat.
