Service Department I love, love my Atlas and EOS convertible. You know what makes it even better, is the service department. I do not mind hanging out while I wait on my cars to be serviced. If I want to be driven home to wait or to a restaurant, they take me and pick me up. They are so nice. They go out of their way to please me, the customer. Rafael, Arianna and Glenn do a fantastic job and why I never mind stopping by, sometimes to just get my car washed and a quick hello. A shout out to the company for their recent dinner appreciation night for all their customers. It was fantastic. Thanks again. More

I have leased several vehicles from Jim Ellis VW and Jim Ellis Audi in the past 15 years. Because I lease, I want to have a record of maintenance that will help me when I turn in my vehicle and lease another. Yesterday, I had an appointment for 10,000 mile service. The oil change and tire rotation service was done promptly and the service representative was courteous and professional. Thanks again! More
