I had a great experience buying at Pellegrino. I felt comfortable purchasing my new 2024 limited edition Chevy Traverse. The team willingness to work out a good deal was truly amazing. Overall pretty decent experience. Relatively efficient and willing to work with me financially. Only downside is after I left I noticed my floor mat was missing in the drivers side. Relatively efficient and willing to work with me financially. Only downside is after I left I noticed my floor mat was missing in the drivers side. Didn’t feel like going back just for it. The next day I was at family dollar Nextdoor and a man asks if I knew who owned the blue car and I told him it was me. He informed me he was so rushed during the detail process by the salesperson and that she drove off with the car before he was finished and that’s why the floor mat was missing. He went back to work off the clock just to get it for me. 5 stars to him for the transparency and work ethic, just disappointed I had to found out from him in that manner! Should never have been so rushed. More
